NissetSkills began with a simple observation we experienced ourselves: as university students, we often have skills, ideas, and the willingness to work, but finding opportunities that fit around our limited time can be difficult. At the same time, we saw individuals and small businesses struggling to find reliable people to help with the small jobs and tasks they needed. We wondered, what if we could build a bridge between these two sides?

That question became NissetSkills. Built with Cambodia's students, freelancers, and growing workforce in mind, our platform aims to turn spare time into opportunities, skills into experience, and small jobs into meaningful beginnings. We are only at the start of our journey, but we believe that every career, every success, and every great idea begins with one opportunity, and NissetSkills is our attempt to create more of them.

Nisset Skills is built from Phnom Penh — Cambodia’s capital and the heart of its growing digital and freelance community. We started here because this is where students, independent professionals, and small businesses already share the same city, the same time zones, and the same need for a better way to find each other.

Ratings come only from completed contracts between real clients and freelancers.

Project posting fees are processed securely through Stripe. The wider set of payment and protection tools for funding contract work is still being rolled out as we grow — we'd rather build that carefully than rush it.
